Classes are held every Tuesday morning at 9am starting April 2, 2024 at Human Nature Movement Arts Studio. The studio is located downtown near Foret. Look for the Blue Door on the far right end of the building!
Kundalini Yoga classes are available as a $15-20 drop-in or you can purchase a 7-class punch card for $77!
April Daily Sadhana
Are you seeking new ways to build awareness and connection to your body? To commit to a daily practice and open your senses to the magic of Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga Sadhana is truly a mystical experience. For quite some time I've wanted to lead a Kundalini Sadhana and wasn't really sure how to go about it. I've teamed up with the incomparable Abby Spotskey to continue the Sadhana tradition so beloved by students at The Yoga Experience.
Every weekday in April, join Abby for Weeks 1 & 4 (Apr 1-5, 22-26) and me for Weeks 2 & 3 (Apr 8-12, 15-19) to set the intention and tone for your day and feel the magic of daily practice unfold.
In June, I'll be offering a 40-day Sadhana. With this Monday through Friday 30-minute practice, you get to dip your toes into the transformational power of the extended 40-day practice and gently ease your way up to the commitment.

Ceremonies & Empowerment
Full Moon Ceremonies Register here! These ceremonies are designed to honor and embody the energies of the Full Moon, tap into the power of coming together in sibblinghood, and attune to the cycles of nature and the cosmos. These ceremonies require advanced registration and have limited spaces available. Contact me for details. Location may vary depending on time of year and weather.
Cacao Ceremonies provide a beautiful and gently heart-opening experience. Cacao ceremonies may occasionally be offered in public, group settings for special occasions. Check my Monthly Schedule for current offerings. Cacao ceremonies can be scheduled as private group or private 1:1 sessions. A 30-minute consultation call will allow me to craft a cacao blend and embodiments that align with your intentions.
Empowerment is where remembrance meets action. Find empowerment through active embodiment of the elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire), Divine Feminine energies, and learn how to get specific with intention candles, Kundalini yoga to clear and balance your light body and activate your Shakti energy, cacao medicine, and other specially crafted practices that I facilitate (e.g. ancestor work, balancing the Masculine and Feminine within to find your inner Divine Union, expressing sacred rage, inner child work, reclaiming your innocent heart). I provide public group, private group, and private 1:1 workshops and ceremonies crafted to suit the client’s or clients’ intentions.
